Sreepuram School reopened on 6th June 2019 with much pomp and gaiety. ‘Praveshanolsavam’ is an event  which captures the happiness and smile of kids who enters the world of letters with much enthusiasm on their first day of schooling.

    The whole school was in a festive mood, the decorated classrooms, streamers and balloons along with the Panchavadyam resonated the ambience of the ceremony held in the auditorium. Mrs Judith the senior teacher anchored the function. The celebration started with a prayer song.

   The School Principal, Sr. Anitha Kanattu, welcomed the gathering and expressed her good wishes to students for the successful year ahead. The Vice Principal, Fr. Lijo Kochuparambil, inspired the students with his motivational speech. The School Manager, Rev. fr. Jose Nedungatt along with the other dignitaries inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp.

    The School Manager, Rev. Fr. Jose Nedungatt addressed the students with his thought provoking words and wished them the best for the forthcoming academic year. He also reminded the students about the frequent atrocities caused due to imbalance in nature and to spread awareness on the epidemic diseases caused during rainy season.

   The mentors of Std I welcomed the children with the lighted candles. This was followed by a silent prayer for the NIPA victims.

    The L P Section in charge, Mrs. Sherly George assures to provide a healthy environment for the all round development of the students. The function ended with the thanks giving speech by Mr. Saji Stephen. The ceremony became more colourful when ladoos were distributed in the class room.
