Examination & Valuation

1. The academic session is divided into three terms.
   • I^st Term – June to August
   • II^nd Term – September to December
   • III^rd Term – January to March
2. Each term consists of internal assessment of 20% and written examination of 80%
3. Promotion of a pupil to higher class is based on the performance of the student in the examinations conducted throughout the year.
4. If the pupil is not able to appear for the whole part of an examination for a valid and accepted reason, his/her case will be considered on the basis of the year’s record.
5. Any matter regarding promotion is left entirely to the discretion of the Principal.
6. Promotion refused will not be reconsidered.
7. A pupil failing twice in the class will not be permitted to continue his / her studies in the school.
8. Re-examination will not be considered for absentees in any of the examination.
9. Parents are given to understand that they cannot dictate to the management. The management has the right to decide on what condition they will admit or retain the pupils in the school provided such conditions are in conformity to the instructions given above.
