Investiture Ceremony 2023-24
“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, then you are a leader”.
Leadership is the art of giving platform for spreading ideas that work. Leadership skill makes students more confident and they never hesitate in accepting challenges of life.
The investiture ceremony of our school for the academic year was held with great pomp and dignity at the school auditorium. The ceremony was inaugurated by NSG Commando Sri. P V Manesh, recipient of Shaurya Chakra Award. The meeting was attended by our school manager Rev. Fr. Joy Kattiankal, school principal Rev. Fr. Luka K J, Vice Principal Sr. Annie, correspondent Fr. Joseph.
The ceremony began with the reading from the holy scriptures to invoke the blessings of the Almighty. In his inaugural address, the chief guest narrated his experience as a commando. His words inspired the students to be true patriots in their life. The elected leaders were conferred with badges and sashes by the guests. The members of the student council took the pledge to uphold the school motto “wisdom, reflection of eternal light”.
This was followed by candle lighting ceremony, symbolising Hope, Purity and Goodness. The candle lit by the chief guest was passed on to the members of the student council. The function ended with the national anthem.
