Onam Celebration at Sreepuram Nursery

Onam was celebrated in Sreepuram Nursery School on August 24’ 2023 amidst much fanfare by the staff and students. The children brightened the campus with their colourful ethnic wear in the traditional attire of Kerala. They enacted the mythological story of King Mahabali followed by a dance by the students. The teachers too played their role by singing and dancing the Thiruvathira.  Avanthika a student of UKG gave the onam message to commemorate the day. The children brought colourful flowers and the teaches made a beautiful  flower carpet “Pookalam”. The students were given the Onam payasam to add flavor to the celebration. School manager Rev. Fr. Joy Kattiyankal was the guest for the day. Mrs. Shamitha conducted with the vote of thanks.
