Pravesanolsavam – 2023-24
The daurn of the new academic year 2023-24 set in motion on June1st 2023, Thursday, with the Pravesanolsavam. The immaculate campus of SEMS spread out its arms to embrace the little hoppers who just hopped into the world of betters.
The rhythm of ‘ Chendamelam’ resonated the campus welcoming the parents and the children. The event began with the prayer followed by welcome speech by our Principal Rev. Fr. Luka K J. An encouraging Presidential Address was given by our Patron Bishop Mar Joseph Pandarasseril. A key note address was given by Adv. P Indira (Councillor, Kannur Corporation). Master Niranjan of IV A captured the audience with his exuberant speech. Felicitation was done by our Manager, Rev. Fr. Joy Kattiyankal. The honourable guest inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp followed by entertainment programmes. The function ended with vote of thanks by Mr. Saji Stephen. The students were accompanied by their class teachers to their respective classes with balloons and sweets.
